aside from that, the cosplay cafe moves quite smoothly, so far i got everything else accomplished except the space, which was planning in crystalcity, however the crystalcity shops said that 1100 sqf space is no longer avalable, and they offer me a much smaller space, 437 sqf, it's too small for a cafe, really. after putting a kitchen and all in the space would only have 5 table size of space left avalble, T_T, even smaller than a starbucks or subway.
now, on my way to find a new space, i posted in cosplay.com forums, but it seems the people in virignia forum are mostly living in va beach and hampton T_T, they do strongly encourage me to open it there XD but i think i will stick to DC for the first one.
if any of you know a space please let me know : )

I can always test a maid outfit if you want. xD

New goals: Get money!
Especially if you're a start up, a smaller space will give your fewer maids better floor coverage, and cut down on operating costs. I'm sure you've researched things quite a bit, but until you build up a large list of regular clients, more than 4 or 5 tables will probably go to waste.
Don't be afraid to make a waitlist. Waiting for something like a seat at a maid cafe isn't as bad as for normal restaurants, and may even lend a little more to the air of refinement you're trying to create.
Best of luck!
